LLR Multi-Agency Referral Form (MARF)

The Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland (LLR) Multi-Agency Referral Form (MARF) was revised in 2020. The purpose of the MARF is to allow referrals to be made to the Local Authorities' Early Help Service and/or Children's Social Care through one referral form.
